Curio Beads (“we”, “us”) is operated by Anastasiia Iakupova (אנסטסיה יאקופובה), an individual business in Israel. We use personal data only to deliver our products and services, and for optional analytics if you allow cookies.

What we collect

  • Account and checkout details: email, name, and shipping address when you order physical items.
  • Order, payment, subscription, and course-access records needed to fulfil purchases and support you.
  • Session data for sign-in (magic link) and cart contents stored on your device.
  • Optional analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Security signals from bot-protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on checkout.

How we use it

  • Process orders, ship jewelry, bill Charm Club memberships, and grant course access.
  • Send transactional email (order updates, magic links, stock alerts you requested).
  • Prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • Understand site usage through analytics providers — only if you consent.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles beyond what analytics tools may do under your cookie choice.

Who we share it with

We share data only with processors needed to run the shop:

  • SUMIT — payment processing and Israeli tax documents.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, storage, email delivery, and Turnstile.
  • Carriers (e.g. Israel Post) — shipping labels and delivery.
  • Analytics providers — only when you accept analytics cookies.

Cookies

Essential cookies and local storage keep your cart, session, and security checks working. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data or contacting us.

Retention

We keep account and fulfilment data while you shop with us and as needed for open orders. Israeli tax and accounting rules require us to retain financial records for 7 years. After a verified deletion request, we remove account and marketing PII when safe to do so, but keep minimized transaction records required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Use the form on this page or email general@curio-beads.com. Deletion may wait until related orders are received so we can finish shipping and handle returns. We will ask you to confirm the request by email.
