Terms of Use

We sell hand-painted jewelry in limited runs, video courses, and Charm Club subscriptions. Product details, prices, and availability are shown before you pay. Images are illustrative; handmade pieces may vary slightly.

An order is accepted when payment clears. Prices include applicable tax display as shown at checkout. Cards are processed by SUMIT; we never store full card numbers. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, or shipping is restricted.

Physical goods ship worldwide except restricted destinations. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders ship DDU: you are responsible for import VAT, duties, and brokerage in your country. See Shipping for timing and process.

Course purchases grant personal, non-transferable access for your account. Do not share login links, download URLs, or redistribute course materials.

Membership bills on an anniversary cycle with location-based shipping each cycle. You may skip a cycle; two consecutive skips cancel membership. Capacity is limited. Full club rules are described on the Charm Club page.

Cancellation and refund rights follow our Refund & Cancellation policy and applicable Israeli consumer-protection rules.

Do not misuse the Site (fraud, scraping, attacking infrastructure, or infringing others’ rights). We may suspend access that harms the shop or other customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.
