Refund & Cancellation

For most ready-made physical pieces bought online, you may cancel within 14 days of the later of (a) the transaction or (b) receiving the transaction summary. On a valid change-of-mind cancellation we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as allowed by Israeli CPL.

If an item is defective, not as described, or we breach the sale, you are entitled to a full refund with no cancellation fee when you cancel for that reason. Tell us promptly with photos and your order details.

Genuinely bespoke / made-to-order commissions may not qualify for standard cooling-off once work has begun. Digital courses are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or the course is defective.

You can cancel membership anytime to stop future billing. Charges already processed for a cycle follow the same cooling-off and defect rules as other physical goods for that cycle’s shipment.

Email general@curio-beads.com with your order number and reason. Valid refunds are completed within 14 days of a proper cancellation notice, to the original payment method when possible.

For change-of-mind returns of physical goods, return shipping is typically your responsibility unless we agree otherwise or the return is our fault. Items should be unused and in sellable condition unless returned for a defect.
